The church's vision

Worcester Baptist Church is a city centre church in a rural county.  We currently draw people from a wide area of the City and surrounding district and welcome visitors to the City.  The church has a vision statement of  Seeking People for Jesus  and is firmly rooted in its desire to be evangelical in outlook and practice.  We seek to serve the local community by supporting mission based activities and also provide a venue for community events.

 

We enjoy good relationships with other churches in the City seeking to work in fellowship together, and are a member of  Jesus in the City .

We belong to the  Heart of England Baptist Association  [HEBA] and the  Baptist Union of Great Britain .  We also  have links with agencies working overseas including  BMS World Mission ,  The Leprosy Mission ,  Farmers Overseas Action Group , a local organisation supporting various projects in Uganda,  and  Support for Romania , a Cardiff based charity.
