Ladies keep fit
| We are a
group of ladies - young and not quite so young - who meet each Monday
evening at 7.30 pm in the Church Hall. The sessions are informal
and relaxed and last for about an hour.
Our work-out exercises follow a video. Having tried several in the past we are using one by Rosemary Connelly at the moment. This takes us through a warm- up, a fast pace section and then a cool down and floor exercise programme but allows each of us to exercise at a rate suited to our own needs. If you feel a gentle work-out would do you good do come and join us. |
